Independent Assessor Disclosure
Under Florida Statute § 468.8419, licensed mold assessors are legally separated from mold remediation contractors. BioGuard Miami operates as an assessment-only firm: we do not perform mold remediation, water-damage repair, HVAC service, or plumbing work.
Scope & Limitations
Inspections follow IICRC S520, ANSI/IICRC S500, ASHRAE Guideline 12 & Standard 188. Reports reflect conditions observed at the time of inspection and do not constitute a medical diagnosis, legal opinion, or warranty.
