SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms describe the text-message program operated by BioGuard Miami, LLC. By submitting your mobile number through any booking, contact, or estimate form, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from BioGuard Miami at the number provided.

Program Description

BioGuard Miami sends transactional SMS messages related to mold, Legionella, and indoor air quality inspections — including appointment confirmations, technician ETA updates, report-delivery notifications, follow-up scheduling, and replies to inquiries you initiate.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our team. Typical inspection cycles include 2–6 messages per visit.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. BioGuard Miami is not responsible for charges from your carrier.

Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have opted out. Following that confirmation you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again or reply START.

Reply HELP to any BioGuard Miami SMS for support, or contact us directly at hello@bioguardmiami.com or (305) 555-0133.

Supported Carriers

Supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We will not sell or share your mobile number for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

No Condition of Purchase

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any BioGuard Miami service.
