Anonymized data
Property addresses, owner names, and unit numbers are never published. Aggregated counts by ZIP code, building type, and finding category only.
Real-time updates
Findings are added within 72 hours of report delivery. ZIP-level rolling 90-day counts refresh nightly.
Outbreak alerts
When the rolling 90-day count for a finding type in a single ZIP exceeds historical baseline by ≥ 2 standard deviations, a community alert is posted on this page.
Privacy commitment
Miami Watch publishes only de-identified, aggregated statistics. No client name, address, or unit number is ever included. All clients are notified of the de-identified contribution prior to report delivery and may opt out at any time by emailing hello@bioguardmiami.com. Practice fully complies with our Privacy Policy and applicable Florida law.
